Maintenance Clean

For ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services, maintenance cleanings include the following:

Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned
Shower doors cleaned
Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
Floors cleaned and sanitized/carpet vacuumed
Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Window sills, ledges and blinds dusted
Cobwebs removed
Doors and door frames spot cleaned
General dusting including baseboards
Medicine cabinet mirrors
Light fixtures
Dust exhaust fans

Wipe washer on top and around rim
Wipe dryer on top around the rim and clean out lint trap
Counters
Sinks cleaned and polish chrome
Light fixtures
Vacuum/edge and mop

Counter tops cleaned and sanitized including breakfast bar
Outside of range hood cleaned
Top and front of range cleaned (grill if range has one)
Drip pans or glass top surfaces wiped
Sinks cleaned and chrome shined
Fronts of all appliances cleaned
Floors vacuumed (vacuum edges, under cabinets) and damp mop
Window sills, ledges and blinds dusted
Cobwebs removed
Microwave cleaned inside and out
Door and door frames spot cleaned
General dusting including baseboards
Sweep/vacuum and mop pantry floor
Clean all furniture (table, chairs, barstools)

Flat surfaces hand wiped. If clean linens are left out, change the sheets
Doors and door frames spot cleaned
Cobwebs removed
Picture frames dusted
Ceiling fans dusted
Lamp shades dusted
Knickknacks area dusted (lift and move items and dust under them)
Window sills, ledges and blinds dusted
Wood floors vacuumed and damp mopped
Stairs vacuumed
Empty closet floors vacuumed
General dusting including baseboards
All readily accessible floors vacuumed
